[Exhentai] The API has been very inconsistent as of late

Often downloads downsized WebP files when told to only download original images. When the "IP-based limit" is reached and I change my IP address, it insists that my "IP-based limit" is used up, but I can access the original image without issues in a browser.

Tried downloading a gallery that wasn't one hour old and gallery-dl warned me that I need GP to download it during peak hours. On the website, it says peak hours is only applied to galleries older than 3 months.
