Postprocessor request: Convert image-only galleries to PDF using img2pdf

A lot of the time when I use this tool, I'm downloading image-only galleries that I prefer to have in PDF format, this Tumblr post being a prime example. I've found a way to automate the PDF conversion using img2pdf's CLI tool and the exec postprocessor, but it feels super clunky to do it that way and I also haven't gotten it working on Windows at all, so it'd be nice to have this method implemented as a proper postprocessor that doesn't need shell access. (Maybe just don't make img2pdf a strict dependency of gallery-dl, since I dunno how many other people would ever use this.)
