Support for OpenAPI 3.0

OpenAPI version 3.0 is out (replacing swagger 2.0)
Would be happy to have support for it - willing to help if needed.

Any chance we can get this moving? I would like to upgrade all my stuff to OpenAPI 3 but wont be able to do it if swagger-routes will break with that change.
