turn EventsView (plural) into a list of expansion panels

Take a look at the Gallery App and look at the Expansion panels component. A list of these as events would mean there wouldn't be a need for the EventView (singular). The details could be shown, as well as actionable buttons, inside the expansion panel.

Pro:

• No need for extra EventView view

Con:

• Potentially less clear where to extend this component when released in the wild.
