Based on the current translations provided by Microsoft:

• zh-CN: Translate "Pull" as "拉取"
• zh-TW: Translate "Pull" as "提取"

However, I think "拉取" is the more appropriate one. It is because, in version control, the action of Push is opposite to that of Pull.

• Push from local to remote
• Pull from remote to local

In Chinese, the opposite action of "推" is "拉". Since Push is currently translated as "推送", it would be more intuitive to translate Pull as "拉取". Furthermore, we often see the signs "推(Push)" and "拉(Pull)" on the glass doors of shops in Taiwan.
