Line number in corral.txt is wrong for implicit constructor #166

When a contract X does not have an explicit contsructor, the line in corral.txt where the call of the constructor (X_X) is displayed has a wrong line number in the .sol file.
To reproduce: run regression test InternalFunctionCall_fail.sol; look at the line 7 in corral.txt.
