Binary caching: Invalid URI

Note to future me.

Binary caching failed for a package, the following error was shown when running with --debug

Attempting to build package from 'x64-windows.nuspec'.
Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.
System.UriFormatException: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.

Problem was that the "homepage" field in the vcpkg.json was missing the scheme prepending https:// to the URL fixed caching.

Should ideally be added to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/vcpkg/users/binarycaching-troubleshooting
