We found in tetsing that subsequent removal of the resource removes ALL references to the group in the Org. We tested removal of project as a part of a requirement. Prior to the deletion of project, we tried removing the local admin from the administrators group, before making any changes required for removal. Even after doing that, the local admin group, that was attached to that specific project, got removed from all of the projects present within the org.

Terraform Version we are using is v 0.5.0, Please lets know if its fixed in any of the latest version

@ravikumarser can you share your TF script? If the group created without scope, the group will be created at the organization level.
