Help with the installation of DirectML on my Laptop

I am new to Tensorflow and I am currently learning about Machine learning

I have searched through some tutorials on youtube(which are pretty old) to create an environment and create a new kernal on which the I have installed the DirectML.(I think I pretty much messed up the installation too when I create a new notebook the specified keernel does'nt show up by the way I am using Jupyter notebook).

Currently I am using HP OMEN -16 Laptop which has both integrated and dedicated graphics card ,But I don't know while training the model which one of the GPU's is in the use

My Laptop Specification:
CPU:AMD Ryzen 7 6800H
GPU(Integrated):AMD Radeon Graphics
GPU(Dedicated):AMD RX6650M
RAM:16 GB

Can anyone please help me through the installation process and how to only use dedicated graphics card rather than integrated graphics card!!!
