When turning on text scaling, text size does not change to match the change of the scaling value. #485

Part of the accessibility testing plan is the following step:

Turn on text scaling: Accessibility > Text size> Make text bigger, slide the slider all the way to the right (225x)

  • Can you read all of the text?
  • Text should wrap and not be cut off (vertically and horizontally)

When setting the text scaling slider to the maximum value, the text on any given page in the Fabric example app does not change value at all. This does not follow the behaviour on Paper, as on the current Gallery app, the text scales in size according to the value of the slider.

Reproduces on all of the pages in the Fabric Gallery application.

Tested the text size on playground-composition as well - same issue occurs where changing the accessibility text size slider does not get reflected within playground composition.

@chrisglein Can you transfer this to the RNW repo, it's not really gallery's fault here.
