Blocks in wrong categories

** Description **
You will find some blocks in the category "Pin" in wrong subcategories or groups.

To Reproduce
Goto https://makecode.calliope.cc and change to version 7.0.1 via "Settings > About ... > Experiments".
Open the categorie "Pin" and its subcategory "more". You will find some blocks on a wrong place and a wrong header "Spi".
The group "Pins" should be move to the first place because it will be more important than the group "Pulse".
The block "analog pin P0" should be moved into the group "Pins" on the second place ... it's wrong in group "SPI".
The headers "spi" and "SPI" have different writings for the same group.

Expected behavior
Please look at Makecode 7.0.24 for Micro:bit to see what I want to change.
