Describe the issue

I use directml to runing olive optimization model
Stable diffusion 1.5, there will have five json logging.
I also convert it to value change dump file format as Operator.
Could anyone know or explain that the idle time

upload zipping the vcd file which can use gtkwave to open
std_sd15.zip

To reproduce

Modify diffuser onnx_utils.py load_model function to add onnx prefix with different model
output json, and covert all fence_before to assert signal1 for Operator, fence_after to deassert signal to 0
use gtkwave to check waveform.
