[Bug]: Freed Memory Guard Not Completely Removed

Current Behavior

Freed Memory Guard now runs always if page or pool guard is enabled.

Expected Behavior

Freed Memory Guard should be completely removed from the codebase now that we default to EFI_MEMORY_RP on free memory.
