I'm not sure whether this is a WinGet issue or a sandbox issue, but I've filed one on their end too in case there are multiple issues going on. PowerShell/PowerShell#24668
I'm a PM at microsoft who desperately needs to be able to test WinGet functionality in sandbox and this broke recently :(
Expected result
For the sandbox to have winget installed on it.
Actual result
A bunch of errors, no winget on sandbox :(
Included System Information
No response

Steps to reproduce the bug
I used to be able to run 'winget configure https://aka.ms/sandbox.dsc.yaml` but ever since I updated my device, it no longer works. I tried following instructions here https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/package-manager/winget/, but those also did not work.
