In the UserConfig file I have change the name of the Hub DB, when trying to prepare Hub, I am getting the error from above, the issue seems to be that the web.config is not updated automatically with the Hub DB name from the UserConfig file.
After manually changing the Hub DB name in the web.config, preparing the Hub environment was successful.

Hello ramures.

Did you change the name of the Hub DB before or after running the "Initialize the hybrid topology" steps?

@ramures & @Antonstockmarr: We only update the DB name of a Spoke in the web.config, we do not do it for the Hub; this was done specifically to support UseSingleOneBox without requiring changes to the web.config from a user. It was not expected that the user would need to change the Hub DB name, but I guess we may as well add that.
