Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Windows
2. Open a Workspace (either with Desktop Shortcut, or through Ctrl Shift '
3. Brave Browser correctly opened with all previous Windows/Tabs
4. But, multiple new Brave Windows are opened, all 'new/blank'. (I think, the same number, as the actual Brave Windows/Tabs that 'should' be there)

✔️ Expected Behavior

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:

1. Launch Workspace
2. Same number of Brave Browser Tabs/Windows should open, as I had open when I exited Brave.

❌ Actual Behavior

Multiple new Brave Windows are opened, all 'new/blank'. (I think, the same number, as the actual Brave Windows/Tabs that 'should' be there)

Notes:
These open fine : Todoist, Obsidian, Microsoft 365, Zotero. Tabs in Zotero are fine (all within the same Zotero.....'instance' - tabs within one Zotero window)

Workaround:
This works for now: I have edited the Workspace, leaving the first listed Brave entry, and deleted all the other Brave Browser entries (2 to 9 iirc) listed in the Workspace.

Brave Browser seems to remember all of it's own windows & tabs.
