Steps to reproduce

Either while using the shortcut key or using the settings menu to access text extractor, it either closes the powertoys window or doesnt activate it. It just load and thats it

expected to activate text extractor

❌ Actual Behavior

the powertoys window just closes or it just loads and nothing happens
