Steps to reproduce

Install via Github, multiple restarts on device to potentially allow settings to apply.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Thumbnail previews and accurate preview pane previews of STL files.

❌ Actual Behavior

I'm unable to get file explorer to show thumbnail previews for STl files, or any other files that I have selected Powertoys to show thumbnail previews for. They are also not showing up as actual previews in the preview pane.
