Move VSCode & see a zone higlighted,

should snap to the zone

does not snap to the zone

FancyZones has received some fixes since 0.76.2. Can you please upgrade to the latest (0.79) and check if your issue still exists? /needinfo

In case this points anyone in the right direction for a fix, a workaround is to run both Power Toys and VS Code as an admin. Not ideal, but works for now.
