UI bug when rendering azure metrics workbook

Case 1:

The above graphs are depicting amount of data being ingested by data collection rules in Azure metrics workbook.

Bug is clear from case 1, where graph is incorrectly rendering count as 888 instead of being close to 0.
Whereas in case 2, graph shows 91 as expected when user hovers on a peak.

What do you mean by Azure metrics workbook ?

I navigated to azure portal -> Metrics -> Workbook.
Defined a custom workbook that logs properties about data collection rules.
