Some potential issues that we may not account for:

  • one of the many IDs/devices has a problem
  • queueing works for a device but not pushing
  • one of the commands has a problem being enqueued

As it stands we pretty much assume any attempted enqueueing is good — we don't handle any sort of "retry".
