Problem

I'm new to micro-manager, I am working with Python, Nikon eclipse Ti2, and stage controlled by PriorScan 3.

I looking for an example to use python code to move the XY stage to (X,Y) coordinates, and also to use auto-focus (Z-axis) after moving the stage to the (X,Y) coordinates.
I have looked in the documentations and didn't found how to do it.

Best Regards,
Shay
