It would be really cool to get a document outline, right now there's nothing.

How would that look/work? Would you have ROUTEs as outline elements? What would be the sub-elements? Would there be some sort of comment flag to indicate a custom outline element?

Exactly, seeing all routes in the outline would save a lot of time
