Outside temperature measures are suddenly shown in a wide range. In the attached examples, measures between 0 and 18 degrees. A restart of HA is necessary to repair it.

Are you sure that this is a problem of this project? Did you check that the temperature is ok on the Zehner unit or app?
I'm asking because I had a faulty outdoor temp sensor. It is a known problem and Zehnder repairs the sensor for free, even if your unit is out of warranty.

I see this same thing happen when there are connection issues like reported in #87 and #43. It's not a faulty sensor issue (at least not lately) but caused by the integration becoming unavailable/unknown and then bouncing back to read again... if you look in your log you should see error flooding, and/or your logbook.
