The requirement is added in the parent requirement to the list of sub-requirements
A link to the feature-request issue is added in the requirement
If this requirement partially deprecates another requirement in (some) referenced branches, a link to the new requirement is added in the other requirement
If this requirement fully deprecates another requirement in all referenced branches, the other requirement is mentioned in the new one
