RFM69Pi configuration to receive from RFM01

Dear, I bought a RMF69Pi to connect a CurrentCost trasmit directly to the Raspberry. The original project can be found on Jack Kelly github. the code don't work I think because is based on RFM12b receiver. I don't know Arduino programming and I'm not able to understand if and what it's necessary to do. The original firmware loaded in the RMF69Pi works but only noise arrived (many packets with ?). Is there a code to upload on the board to receive data from RFM01 module? And then, you are able to suggest what have to be modify on the Jack's Kelly code to work with this new RFM69Pi.
