Now that we output the distribution of wait time from the back end (incl. percentiles), how do we best represent the date in the frontend?

Distribution data can currently be found in the console under "WAITTIME DISTRIBUTION BY 5 MIN"
Each entry in the array represents a 5 minute interval of time (0-5, 5-10, etc.)
