Screen Capture Recorder with TS3video plugin black screen

Hi.

I'm trying use this https://github.com/rdp/screen-capture-recorder-to-video-windows-free to share the screen on teamspeak 3 with the TS3video plugin but only appear a blackscreen, I already tried all screensizes and I also try to configure 800x600 on screen-capture-recorder-to-video-windows-free and black screen continues to appear...

I'm using public server. Webcam works fine.

Do you know how to fix this?
