unable to join TS3video on local TS3 server

hi I am having some trouble setting up the TS3video server on my local TS3server I host.
For reference my ts3 server is running the 32bit windows server version; I started off by installing the ts3video windows server program on it and port forwarding all the ports i could find in the config file to my ts3 server LAN ip.

I can see the Conference service running in taskmanager on the TS3 server in windows , but everytime I try to connect client side I get this message.

Looking for conference on master server...

No conference server registered on master, falling back to self hosted server.

not sure what i am doing wrong here , any help is much appreciated <3

Have you configured the .ini file? And have you tried to set the .exe from the Conference Client directly into your Firewallsettings?

For me i decided to change for Linux because at every Windows Server restart i had issuse to get the programm running.

If you still need the Windows Version check out to run the Conferenze Client as a Service.
