Facing 'R Session Aborted' Error in Dynamic Dosing with $PLUGIN evtools

Hi, I'm trying to integrate dynamic dosing into my model using the $PLUGIN evtools as suggested in the blog. Despite the model building successfully, I encounter an 'R Session Aborted' error during simulation. To eliminate the possibility of a coding mistake on my part, I replicated the first example from mrgsolve's blog post(https://mrgsolve.org/blog/posts/2024-new-1-4-0-evtools.html) and encountered the same issue (screenshot attached). I'm using mrgsolve version 1.4.1. Is there a step I might be missing to resolve this? Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
