2 options to install locally:

New working copy, shallow clone a single branch

git clone --branch etex1 --single-branch --depth 1 https://github.com/avaldebe/pyaerocom etex1

Add to an existing working copy, add a new remote and fetch branch

git remote add avaldebe https://github.com/avaldebe/pyaerocom
git fetch avaldebe etex1:etex1
git checkout etex1
