Add module for the CVE v5 schema

User Story

As a developer or engineer writing or integrating Metaschema-aware software, in order to cross-reference OSCAL and/or other models to vulnerability data for for other software, systems, or services, I would like a module for the official CVE v5 schema used for vulnerability information.

Goals

• Cross reference vulnerability information in the popular CVE data format used by the CVE API
• Build a foundation for Metapath-based constraints to correlate acceptable or unacceptable system design, implementation, or operation, based on metadata within CVE records correlated to data in a source model instance, preferably OSCAL

Acceptance Criteria

• All website and readme documentation affected by the changes in this issue have been updated.
• A Pull Request (PR) is submitted that fully addresses the goals of this User Story. This issue is referenced in the PR.
• The CI-CD build process runs without any reported errors on the PR. This can be confirmed by reviewing that all checks have passed in the PR.
