(ISO 19115-3) SVG to EMF conversion causing issues with resulting image

Right now we depend on Inkscape for converting SVG to EMF for Word.

However, I have these images generated from LucidChart that do not convert well:

Summary

I don't think there's much we can do at this point because this is Inkscape's behavior.

I've tried using Inkscape to save as "EMF", then dragged the resulting EMF into Word and gotten the same results. Unless there is a better SVG to EMF converter...
