The default ISO Foreword template should not raise any error or warning. The check is good natured in complying with ISO DIR 2, but is clearly raising inaccurate warnings.

Style: (ID _6880df9b-3624-6c77-98fe-11fca46d37b9): Foreword may contain requirement: ISO shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights
Style: (ID _6880df9b-3624-6c77-98fe-11fca46d37b9): Foreword may contain permission: ISO draws attention to the possibility that the implementation of this document may involve the use of (a) patent(s)
Style: (ID _6880df9b-3624-6c77-98fe-11fca46d37b9): Foreword may contain recommendation: In particular, the different approval criteria needed for the different types of ISO documents should be noted

but is clearly raising inaccurate warnings

You have misspelled "is clearly raising entirely accurate warnings according to ISO/IEC DIR 2, which ISO itself is not observing in their own text, because of editorial negligence, and thank you Nick for doing such a diligent job of observing ISO's editorial guidance better than they have themselves."

Medium priority is right for this. I suggest notifying ISO about this anyway, they should be exempting forewords from the non-normative language restriction.
