Beim erstellen eines neuen Projekts, sollte in der DB geschaut werden ob die URL schonmal vorkommt und ne ungefähre suche nach dem Namen durchgeführt werden, damit ausgeschlossen werden kann,dass das gleich projekt 2 mal hinzugefügt wird.

Wenn schon was ähnliches gefunden wird könnte ein hinweis nach dem motto "Ist das hier vielleicht dein Projekt?" angezeigt werden
