I don't see a lot of this in the current set of examples (nice work!) but as metacademy grows with user-generated content, it would probably be useful to be able to point out when a concept is, or appears to be, lacking necessary prerequisites within the dependency graph.
This could be as simple as a "this concept needs work" tag, or as intricate as a "list the concepts you believe are not covered here which are prerequisites for this concept"
