Add round-trip test cases

@304NotModified I renamed the proposed JSON test cases to message-template-parser-test-cases to allow for a second set of round-trip test cases (through to the rendered representation).

I'm focusing my efforts on the syntax/parsing side right now, but it'd be good to add some further rendering and round-trip tests for places that's convenient.
