make: *** No rule to make target `manifest-dist'. Stop.

Thanks @hszhsz, PR #297 updated a bunch of our tooling and looks like the README for the Makefile might have missed deleting the manifest-dist section. We'll update it but for you should have better luck with make prod-dist.
