Description

Not all Lora Trafic relayed to local connection (TCP/Serial)

Last few days i noticed not all traffic from lora makes it ways down to connected serial, or tcp monitoring tools or even the website client. Like stations showing as not changing. But change when you reset the board. Same as in those instances chat on the open channel does not get relayed down. If this came in due the OK to Lora or anything else. But the mitch max of version seem to block or stop some traffic all together. So board knows last hearth changed, but noting send down to the monitoring client.

Also seems to linger to unable to change station name after it initially having set. or more; the node packet to tell other nodes your name is not being send on name change nor can one request it no more from other nodes
