Current Behavior

The current Meshery Adapter for Citrix is running an older version of Citrix ADC with the xDS-API based service mesh.

Desired Behavior

Upgrade to Citrix xDS Adapter v0.10.1

@haanhvu you're more than welcome to it, however, we have recently deprecated this adapter, given the lack of support for it in the community.

Perhaps, you wouldn't mind adding a deprecated notice in the readme.md.
