Contribute to Doom's contrib modules repo

Last year, I had a PR for Doom to integrate meow into it. But Henrik has decided not to add more modal editing modules to Doom itself and would create an alternative repo for third-party's modules. Now Doom has almost made it.

After that my config for meow has become more and more opinioinated and not suitable for everyone's use. If this module is served as a starter config for every Doom user interested with meow, please consider adding it to Doom's contrib repo and I will close my PR in favor of this module.
