Compiling instructions using Cmake:

sudo make install DESTDIR=<YOUR_INSTALL_DIR>
It is possible to configure the build by setting the following
build variables:
- BUILD_TESTS (on by default)
- BUILD_EXAMPLES (on by default)
Example:
cmake ../ -DBUILD_TESTS=ON -DBUILD_EXAMPLES=OFF
Compiling instructions standard make:

Tested with macport, with at least the following packages

opencv @2.4.2_2 (active)
qt4-mac @4.8.3_1+quartz (active)
quartz-wm @1.3.1_1 (active)
zmq22 @2.2.0_0 (active) Notice [email protected] has no C++ binding and don't work.
Follows general instructions to generate command-line Makefile-based build, or
Unix Makefile build

Xcode project generation
------------------------
cmake -GXcode ../
to generate the Xcode project.
------------------------
It is possibile to generate more than one build (e.g. both Xcode and
command-line) in different directories (e.g. build and xcode_build).
Some features requires gcc > 4.0.1. Apple 4.2.1 is default on MacOS 10.6. Apple gcc/g++4.2 are available for MacOS 10.5. gcc/g++ > 4.2 are available via Macports for 10.4 - 10.8.
Apple C++ clang compiler version 4.1 is tested and working.
To use a non default version of the compiler set the env variables, e.g.
export GCC=/usr/bin/gcc-4.2
export CXX=/usr/bin/g++-4.2

Windows platform specific notes
====================================
Install cmake and follows general instructions from windows "cmd" or other
terminal shell.
32bit Visual Studio project generation

Compilation instructions for OpenCL denoiser example
=======================================================
In case cmake does not automatically find required headers and libraries, the path can be indicated through system variables (for example, using export)
=> OpenCV:
- the OpenCV_DIR variable must point to the directory containing the file OpenCVConfig.cmake
- for example "export OpenCV_DIR=/usr/share/OpenCV/"
=> OpenCL:
- OpenCL_INCPATH="Directory containing OpenCL headers"
- OpenCL_LIBPATH="Directory containing OpenCL .so libs
Nvidia OPTIMUS support under Linux
- optirun executable path must be passed to cmake in order to run the GPU-enabled tests
