I think it would be nice to have the most featureful projects first for people who quickly want to find the best options. The ones which have the most features will likely work for everyone, even if everyone doesn't need all of their features.
The problem is that 'featureful' is subjective (as are my feature ratings, admittedly).
If two projects have the same ratings, which one gets the top spot? And some features are obviously more important than others, so deciding which project is the most featureful can be problematic.
I'd be more apt to use github stars, but that too can be unfair for newer projects or projects which are hosted on other repositories (like gitlab, gitea, etc).
