Our RFI flagging algorithm is based on the sumthreshold method used in the actual AOFlagger package, but it is not exactly the same. We should rename it to be more accurate. On a related note, the aoflagger_plugin and aoflagger_secondrun_plugin should also be rename to something that is more true to what they actually do, i.e. 2D and 1D flagging.
