I have a xampp install on a windows machine. I installed mediawiki successfully, but I can't manage to add the IntraACL extension. Can somebody tell me, more in detail, where should I run the commands from

  • Apply patches for appropriate version of MediaWiki
    *php maintenance/update.php

I've tried in cmd prompt, but no luck there.

UPDATE: I've searched through closed posts and it seems I need Putty, but I don't know why Putty doesn't connect to my xampp PC. Is there other way to do it?
