Add eslint-config-node

Currently our linting rules are heavily focussed on frontend development. It would be great to have an additional package, eslint-config-node. Most likely rules can be inherited from our frontend development configurations. But also paves the way to add additional ones, for example https://github.com/eslint-community/eslint-plugin-security.
