Added Image command to allow for more specific searching of rover photos
Added Manifest command to get specific information about rovers like photos taken
Reworked Help command to make it look nicer
Added configurable DPOD (Daily Astronomy Picture of the Day) for all servers
use dpod set <channel> to choose the channel where every day at 12PM UTC± 0 Mars bot will send todays Astronomy Picture of the Day
