It should be possible for teachers to block the use of the AI button in TinyMCE during all types of assessments with texta area fields.
In assign/assignment and quizzes students can get access to a text area field and see the editor with the ai button. They can use the ai feature to answer the question. In some cases that can be sensefull, in other situation this is a type pf help that teachers don't want to give to students.
A capability setting may not work.Perhaps its possible to use 'non ai'-filter that can be enabled on course/activity level. The filter would be helpfull even for forums, feedbacks, questionnaire, lesson, database activities and also for third party plugins.
