Set the skin of the nammed player instead of default minecraft skin, I don't know if I need to take care of the uuid if it is modified.

@md-5 please fix this issue, you are not sending the textures of the player, so the player has no skin.

Since it seems like @md-5 has abandoned the project, there is a continuation of it on Spigot here. GitHub here
