Fully open source with a do whatever you want to do with it license. Expect for the texture and sounds. Texture pack is good morning craft.

Actually it's not whatever you want. There are some parts where Benjamin Glatzel is the author from, which uses an Apache License. The files where this is the case are indicated in the header. Please be aware of that.
